We are licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Virginia, hold the New Residential Structure (NRS) designation that allows us to inspect new construction houses, Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI, and Certified Advanced Mold Inspector. Along with home inspections, we provide mold testing, indoor air quality testing, and water testing.
